MGRA Comments on the Salvation Army Revised Draft Environmental Impact Report (RDEIR)

June, 2008

Since Mussey Grade Road Alliance was initially formed in 1999, it has been opposed to the expansion of the Salvation Army facility from a small church camp to a massive conference center.

The documents below reflect the latest work of the Alliance concerning this project. They were submitted to the County of San Diego in June of 2008 as comments on the latest revision of the Salvation Army’s Draft Environmental Impact Report and Fire Plan.
